Hello Honey bunch

The chickens layed some eggs today. The dog is laying too - behind the stove. It's twenty minutes in front of eleven now and my dogs are all in. I feel fine. My friend feels fine too. His wife is just getting over small pox and hopes you are the same. Oh yes! The neighbors dog Rover had a fight today -- At the sawmill. He ran up against a circular saw. The poor dog lasted only a round. At ninety miles drove Eddie Shawn. His car was stopped but Eddie kept on. Fritz Schmikel had some engine trouble. Fritz thought it was out of gas. Fritz looked with a match to see if there was some gas. There was! Fritz left no will. We went to visit some sick people today. We had such a nice time. A Scotchman went to get some free air for his tires. He blew out four of them at once. Say did you ever see a kitchen sink -- or a dish rag?

I am enclosing some snapshots which I would like you to keep. They are the first ones taken with "our new" camera. Don't you think the little girl and Winnie are nice pals. I took the snapshots.

Well Honey bunch I am going to get some well earned shuteye. I am weary in body and mind and lonesome. It is so quiet here that I can hear my brains rattle as I try to think. I can hear Virgie snore peacefully -- why shouldn't he -- it's his priveledge and I'm quite sure it won't disturb me. Nothing disturbs me -- only you. But then I don't mind being disturbed - some.

           With Love
           Marino

P.S. I hope to see you Sat nite
