Dearest Marian,
I wish I could see you tonight but as I can't do that I will do the next
best thing and write.
We are going to pop some corn and after I read the sports sheet and
work a puzzle I wil turn in I guess.
This pencil doesn't balance very good -- king of a 'nuisance' pencil.
By the way the nuisance called up tonight. Gosh what a pest -- I'm glad you're not that way. Well, darling pal I just wanted to tell you
I love you more than ever --
Just
Marino
