Dearest Girl,
It's Sat nite -- the Big Game is over and 8:00 P.M. 'straight up'.
Just finished dinner -- had about 9 yards of pasta sciuta.
I got here real late last night so I had to go to the Hotel and
I liked the stationery so I helped myself to half a dozen sheets.
This place is pretty cozy tho it's just a country place. I wish I
had the table I'm writing on now and the dining room set -- to offer you. They're beautiful - both of them. The radio is playing a nice
piano solo "All Alone" just this minute - for me it seems.
I wanted to hear the game today over the radio but I worked all
afternoon so it was out of the question. They are playing "Marchetta" now. I sure like it and I think you do to.
My car runs beautifully now and I have it nice and clean for you
next Wed nite & Thursday. The radio is now playing a male quartet.
I don't know what to do tonight. Have to go to town to mail this
and the show is right around the corner from the Post Office. The picture will probably be junk -- no optimistic -- it's good - let's maybe go.
Will write Monday night if I have time.
Love - Kisses
Marino
