Dear Sweetheart:

Under separate cover I am sending you the necessary papers for the Surf St. house. Sunday I had to go to Rio Nido and coming back I met the folks at Hilton - Andy - Violet - George & Lee. Then we went out swiping cherries.

I imagine things are bad down in Los Angeles and I look for all of you to come back - glad to get back to Santa Rosa - even if it is pretty hot up here now.

Hope you do a lot of swimming and hiking down there so you will be full of pep when you get back - and don't forget the movie stars.
