Dearest Sweetheart

I brought your things to the house last night and I was surprised at how nice and warm it was in there - without fire or anything.

Went in to see Nielsens and they are perfectly willing to give us a fireplace set and chair of value equivalent to $48.50. However, they do not carry the sets down here. You can go into their Santa Rosa store however and pick out the set there. Then have them deliver it to your home and they are to bill it to the Petaluma store.

I will pick it up at your home. I thought it might be nice to get the set now so I can go up and build a fire and keep warm by myself this winter.
